  1. I am a big ole softy. I like giving things that are memorable and meaningful to the person. My favorite from last year was a photobook of our family's 5 recent generations; a how-to book of how we got to my son and his generation. It did the trick since my Gram had tears in her eyes of pride and joy. It is always worth the work to see that moment on someone's face when the gift's meaning sets in. Pure joy for me...that part is the gift to myself.

  2. We like to give homemade or home grown gifts.....and the gift of time spent together.

  3. Love homemade gifts to give and receive... but honestly, the best gift this year is that all of my family will be home for Christmas. <3

  4. I love anything homemade.
