Homemade Fish Sticks

Living in Minnesota, we're huge fans of fishing. We've been eating healthy the last couple of months though so the last thing I wanted to do was fry fish. Most people think of frying fish as a little bit of oil, which wouldn't be a big deal - but we love practically deep frying those suckers! I love the crunch and the taste of the crispy outside as much as I do the fish itself.

Until recently, I always thought that baking fish would somehow ruin it or it would be soft and soggy.. just plain gross. You certainly couldn't get it nice and crispy could you?? Well, after testing it out.. you CAN! Not only is this tasty, but it's become my favorite meal.
